For this assignment, write a paper to address these three specific tasks: Powerpoint is attached
- Refer back to the PowerPoint that is attached and write 3 paragraphs that summarize the problem and the solutions to the problem that you recommended.
- Create an evaluation tool for faculty/staff (or other stakeholders) that could be used to assess the effectiveness of the changes you recommended (3 pages). It is suggested that you navigate the web to see examples of evaluation tools/instruments that effectively assess change and obtain stakeholder input to change. From the examples you find on the web, create/design your own evaluation/survey instrument.
- Write a 3 page summary that justifies the design of your evaluation instrument and comments on how it would be implemented and how the data collected would be used by you as an administrator.
Length: 7 pages not including title and reference pages.
References: Minimum of 5 scholarly resources.
