Under the OSHA I want to write Safety Plan also, Each plan shall at a minimum contain the following items/categories.
- Policy or goals statement
- List of responsible persons
- Hazard identification
- Hazard controls and safe practices
- Emergency and accident response
- Employee training and communication
- Record keeping
Plans lengths may vary due to content but must be a minimum of two pages.
