Help me study for my Business class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.
Sometime between now and the last day of class, please do a short write-up of observations you make about leadership behaviors.
Make observations and identify very specifically, the following leadership behaviors:
- Task-oriented
- Relationship-oriented
- Charismatic
- Transactional
- Transformational
You can just do a table with short bullets, but you must identify specific behavior. For example, do not say a leader built a relationship well; instead say the leader asked questions to make sure I was comfortable with the task.
