Topic 1:
You have learned about the various aspects of quality management in this Unit. Explain the difference between Quality Assurance and Quality Control, and note where the differences are manifested in a project. Remember to consider what QA and QC mean pertaining to the project plan as well as the project deliverables.
Topic 2:
One challenge project managers have is to understand what quality means. The PMBOK has standards for how a project plan should be created. How should standards be determined for a particular deliverable? Outline a resource where a project manager can understand more about standards as well as define the role of benchmarking in establishing a quality baseline.
