“People don’t plan to fail… they just fail to plan.” Last week your paper covered your goals in aviation in your bio. This week’s second written assignment will be about your Plan to achieve your aviation goal. Look at this as your attempt to outline your roadmap to success. As a starting point, think about the “backward design” method… backward design your career… start with your ultimate goal and then map backwards on how you will get there. This is wide open and should be fun.
