Please choose a case study topic related to facilities management and write 2 paragraphs explaining thoughts on a topic for the Case Study. Identifying the topic, organization, and dilemma facing facility management is expected.
* The case study must focus on a specific topic, highlight the relevant literature that exists on that topic, and examine the ways in which the hospitality and tourism industry prepares for and responds to these situations (e.g. pandemics, CSR/green initiatives, ADA compliance, etc.).
