Write a two page paper in regarding what you thought was the most important concept(s), method(s), term(s), and/or any other thing that you felt was worthy of your understanding after reading the Chapter 1: Introduction to Project Management attached along with the question. Define and describe what you thought was worthy of your understanding in half a page, and then explain why you felt it was important, how you will use it, and/or how important it is in project planning.

Also, provide a graduate-level response to each of the following questions:

1. Using an example, describe a project in terms that are common to most projects.
2. You are given a project to manage. How do you decide whether to use a predictive or adaptive approach?
