It is essential you choose 2 studies that are the correct type as listed below. One two-group design and a factorial design. If the studies you choose are not those two types the paper will be a zero and everything will be of no use. If possible have both studies be about the same or similar topic.
Select a peer-reviewed, experimental research study that exemplifies a two-group design and a factorial design (use keywords method, results, and discussion in your Boolean search). These studies can be found using tools such as the GCU Library and Google Scholar.
Write a 500-750-word paper in which you:
- Compare the two research designs
- Identify the independent variable(s), dependent variable, and any possible extraneous variable
- Identify main effects and interactions for the factorial design
- Explain if the study has a random sample and/or random assignment? Were there other limitations that were noticed?
