I don’t know how to handle this Writing question and need guidance.
Chapter 1 of your Managing Technology textbook talks about many organizations start with one small project and see it through to its completion before taking on bigger projects. Examples of this would include installing a new phone system, implementing a new software application such as Microsoft Office 365, or purchasing new iPads.
Based on the guidelines provided on page 20-21 of your Managing Technology textbook (see pdf attachment below to read chapter 1 of textbook), identify one or more problems that need attention within your organization. Then describe the procedure you would follow in order to resolve it. At this point, you don’t need to have all the answers or even know what financial resources would be available to fix the problem. Technology planning can address both high priority and low priority issues. For example, you may work for a company that has slow computers and it would be “nice to have” faster computers; this may not be a priority. However, if your organization plans to double its number of employees in the next twelve months, there will be a lot of things to consider in order to accommodate that kind of change.
Your paper should be at least 2-3 pages long and include the use of APA formatting.
